I mentioned to someone from wine trade that event was on my calendar. That person swore not wanting to get near any New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs while stating that Pinot Noirs were OK.
Of course, tasting will include other varieties besides the 2 mentioned above.
Under Aromatic White umbrella we'll find Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurtztraminer.
I have to give New Zealand Wine site Kudos for visual cues it uses for suggested food pairings.
It takes all the long and winding talk out of the way.
This trade and media only event will put a strong emphasis on producers sustainability efforts.
