1st Course
Salad of Young Corn, Asparagus, Broccolini, Artichoke, & Heart of Palm - Smoked tomato curry leaf dressing
Seafood Bouillabaisse - Prawns, squid, fish, & light saffron tomato broth
3rd Course
Braised Beef Short Ribs - Potato puree, roasted mirepoix, beef jus
OR
Seared Sea Bass - Couscous, orange-onion chutney and beurre blanc
I don't think either me or my mother can make it to Singapore on time.
