On the 6th of its 7 stops on its U.S tour after New York, Saint-Louis, Dallas, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Dijon Must'Art lands in San Francisco on August 18, 2011.
Dijon has much to offer beyond mustard and chocolate.
"To share its rich heritage, diverse culture, and contemporary talents, the city of Dijon comes to San Francisco with a city-wide, weeklong project entitled Dijon Must' Art. Michelin-starred chefs, Burgundian food & wine professionals, will visit San Francisco for a series of events from August 18th to 24th."
"Chefs Stephane Derbord, William Frachot, Yves Rebsamen, Jean-Pierre and Alexis Billoux will be on hand for food tastings and culinary demonstrations at Ferry PLaza Farmers Market on Saturday, August 20th 8am-2pm and Tuesday, August 23rd 10am-2pm."
Dijon Must' Art coincides with the opening in San Francisco of the traveling loan exhibition The Mourners: Medieval Tomb Sculptures from the Court of Burgundy at the Legion of Honor museum on August 20th, 2011.
Last leg of the Dijon Must' Art tour will be Richmond, Virginia.
Admission is Free for food sampling and demos at Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
