Sorry for not being as poetic as the Kermit Lynch crew.
Their August 2011 Newsletter just landed in my inbox and there's much to like about it.
I will focus on the Lower Alcohol High Flavors Wine 6 Pack they offer for the past 3 years.
It is a wise choice especially on hot days.
I remember a late lunch on last day of harvest in Roussillon. The combination of sun, alcohol and my tired self resulted in my feeling hammered in no time.
As Steve Waters (Kermit Lynch) points besides the intoxicating factor of high alcohol wines there is the fact that they often overpower the food.
