Even with the Olympics, London is not all about sports, Shakespeare stars in Staging the World exhibit at British Museum, a collaboration with Royal Shakespeare Company.
The idea is to "provide a unique insight into the emerging role of London as a world city, seen through the innovative perspective of Shakespeare’s plays."

If you are in London and dig lectures, the exhibition curator Dora Thornton will give a Free Curator's Introduction, "a 45-minute illustrated introduction to the exhibitionShakespeare: staging the world, discussing the context, themes and highlights of the exhibition" on Saturday, July 21 at 1:15 PM.
Even though lecture is Free, advance booking online is recommended.
Exhibit just opened July 19 and runs until November 25, 2012.
