As far as I can remember, Vietnam 70 Percent bar was my first encounter with chocolate made with beans from Vietnam.
It ended up being my favorite among the few bars Frederic Blondeel (pictured above) offered me to taste on our first encounter at Summer Fancy Food Show 2014 in New York a week ago.
His Brussels shop is located in local Fish Market (Marche aux Poissons).
