One of my favorite longtime arbiter of taste, Pascale Weeks of C’est moi qui l’ai fait French fame worked her way through an Easter chocolate tasting in the company of photographer, videographer and food stylist Aurore Nguyen in Paris, a couple of weeks ago.
She shared the results of her hard work in Belle dégustation 100% Pâques on Instagram.
Of all the offerings, the Otters Easter Style (Les Loutres en Chocolat) by Chocolaterie William Artigue (Paris) won me over for their artistry and whimsy.
The cast for these otters was created by sculptor Virginie Dahmane.
You might be tempted not to eat them.
