This Sting operation or should I say the brainchild of his wife, Trudie Styler is an old estate that besides being a vacation home for Sting and his family doubles as a retreat offering yoga classes in what used to be the chapel of the property.
You can indulge in vegetarian fare and other meals put together by the chef(s) in residence using a lot of the fresh produce coming from Il Palagio‘s very own garden. Maybe you want to wander around the magnificent gardens or escape for a hike in the surrounding hills.
The property has also now started offering its own selection of olive oils and honeys which I mentioned in Haute Cuisine, Creating your own Grand Cru Olive Oil last month.
