I was invited today to a Grand Rum Tasting featuring 12 Rums including Cockspur (from Barbados).
Can it dangerous or just baba?
Would it be proper etiquette to use the spit bucket?
I doubt any will be provided.
What does one eat with rum?
And I don't mean rum soaked pastries…like Baba au Rum
It would give me a chance to sample Lani Kai, a taste of the tropics in New York.
I guess I will go.
