The Vermont Cheesemakers Festival (July 24) is barely a week away and sold out.
Slow Food Italy invites all cheese lovers to join them for their biennial Cheese event (September 16-19) in Bra.

Side attractions include The Banca del Vino (The Wine Bank) in Pollenzo, a storage center for fine Italian wines. It will be opened to attendees daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. You will get a chance to taste some cheese and wine pairings.
Not sure if Aged White Wines and Goats Cheese from Roccaverano will be an option
Strolling Street Food and the Beer Piazza is just what you need after a couple of seminars. On food side, I noted "Recco focaccia, a cheese-filled flatbread cooked on a covered slate griddle and one of the symbols of Ligurian gastronomy.".
