On the other hand Sake Nouveau is still worth exploring.
Young Sake release coincides with the arrival of Spring and to toast both Joy of Sake organized a sold out Masumi "Arabashiri" Sake Nouveau 2012 Party at Kibo in New York.
The Junmai Arabashiri is described by brewer as an "early spring release; brilliantly fragrant and refreshing", aromas of "melons and pears; elegant flavor with a fine acidity."
