Dennis Morris, Music and Life Photo Exhibit in Paris until May 18, More than Marley

Any music lovers, especially reggae fans know Dennis Morris work and photography, including for Island.

His first retrospective in France shows us a wide range of musical moments (reggae, punk) both in the UK and Jamaica.

There are also everyday moments and snapshots of street life.

The Dennis Morris – Music + Life exhibit runs at MEP ‘Maison Européenne de la Photographie‘ in Paris (France, not Texas) until May 18.

I learned from program notes that Dennis Morris first encounter with Marley took place when he was 13, in 1973.
