A couple weeks ago, I was offered some samples of Nielsen-Massey Vanillas.
While checking what I was most interested in (I settled for the Pure Vanilla Powder, Pure Vanilla Extracts and Vanilla Beans all from Organic Madagascar Bourbon line), I noticed that for its Centennial the company had published 'A Century of Flavor', part history, part cookbook.
I asked for a copy go along with the Bourbon trio.
I liked its recipes and the feel of the book so much that I thought it would be neat if one of you could win one and treat her/his guests to wonderful dishes like the Vanilla Lobster Supreme or Apricot Mango BBQ Ribs, maybe Vanilla Cinnamon Apples or Not So Blonde Brownies, 4 of the 50 recipes included in this tasty cookbook.
So here, after a few weeks hiatus is the new contest.
I will not ask you 100 questions.
Just one!
The question is:
Largest Vanilla production in the world comes from places like Madagascar, Tahiti and Mexico, Name 3 countries/ places that focus more on 'terroir' small productions rather than fight with the big boys?
There is only 1 Copy of 'A Century of Flavor' to Win so Contest is on a First Come, First Served basis.
